About PettaTree
PettaTree is a platform for reuniting lost pets with their owners as quickly as possible. When our precious Peppa went missing our network of friends and neighbours rallied around and hit the streets looking for her. We were lucky, Peppa was spotted by friends who were actively vigilant and knew how to contact us. But the biggest challenge was spending precious time managing communications across the network to keep everyone informed of sightings and comments. We have created PettaTree as a platform to support your network to find your pet so you can spend your time searching and not managing comms. See below for details of how it works ... good luck!

1. Sign-up.
We've deliberately made it easy to register on the site. It is important that we know who is interacting on the platform but we will never share your details without your consent.
2. Register Your Pet.
Sharing some basic details will help your network in their search efforts. Remember to load up an image or two. We've tried to make this as easy as possible.
3. Open a Case.
The case file is the central reference point for your network to collaborate in their search. We will assign a unique QR code that you can share with your network to maximise the network effects.
4. Review Case.
Review all of the sightings related to your case, and manage your uploaded images.
5. Manage Images.
Upload images to your case portfolio. We plan to add some machine learning so that images uploaded by others can be matched to those you upload. If we find a close enough match we'll let you know asap.

If you see a pet that looks like a runaway, simply note the location and maybe take a picture. Then log on and report your finding so that owners can benefit from your sighting.
3. Upload Images.
Upload one of more images to help owners identify their pets. You don't have to approach the pet, just snap a photo with your phone and upload it to PettaTree.
